New London, CT Railcam, Railside

This Railside Live camera is fixed on the trackside at New London, Connecticut, watching the rail corridor rather than the platform concourse. New London sits on the Northeast Corridor, so the view is Amtrak and commuter traffic moving through the station area, with the catenary and signals in frame. The New London, CT Railcam, Railside webcam is one of the operator's trackside feeds rather than a station overview, which means you get the passing trains at speed instead of waiting passengers. Check it during the morning and evening peaks when the service is densest, or when a storm or disruption is running up the coast. For anyone browsing Other cams United Kingdom listings, note this one is a US rail location despite the category grouping.
