Whatever is busy right now rises to the top, and a cam added yesterday can surface the moment people start watching it. Widen the window with the 7d / 30d toggles for a steadier picture, or switch to All Time for the cams with the most plays overall.
If the same few names keep showing up no matter which window you pick, the Latest page gives you the opposite view. New cameras show up there long before they climb any ranking.
