Kosovo is landlocked, so the beach category on this page may come as a surprise. The cameras grouped there mostly point at lakes and reservoirs, not the sea. The largest cluster sits around Lake Batlava and the artificial lakes near Pristina and Gjakova, where residents swim and fish in summer. Coverage is thin and seasonal; a handful of cameras operate from June to September, often run by local businesses rather than a national agency. Road cameras form the other main group. Kosovo does not publish a large state-run traffic-camera network, but several municipalities and the national road authority maintain cameras at busy junctions and on the main routes linking Pristina, Prizren, Peja and Mitrovica. These are used for winter checks on the mountain passes toward Brezovica and for monitoring congestion at the Kosovo-Serbia border crossings. Expect a few dozen feeds at most, not full motorway coverage. Beyond that, the selection is patchy. A small number of town-square cameras show Pristina and Prizren, and a few weather stations in the western highlands stream periodically. If you want to watch Kosovo cams online, the most reliable streams are the lake cameras in summer and the road cameras in winter. The rest come and go, so check back. For a country of this size, that is a realistic picture: a modest, locally run network rather than a national system.
